I'd like to learn more about commissioning a pet portrait. How does that work?
Commissioning a pet portrait for yourself or a loved one is simple:
- First, send me a note via the contact form above with a description of the what you are looking for. For example, please let me know what type of animal you would like painted and an approximate size you would like the painting to be.
- Second, I will set up a consultation to discuss your request further and finalize details. Please be ready to send me photos of your pet in advance of our consultation.
- Third, I get started on your portrait. A completed pet portrait typically takes one month. Once complete, I'll email you a photo of the final product and the painting will be mailed to you by "Sent", experts in mailing fine art. That's it!
Please note, a $100.00 non refundable deposit is required to begin a painting.
Where do you host your private classes?
I work out of a home studio in Queens, NY and I work with students throughout the five boroughs of New York City. I am happy to travel to you for your private class and I often take students to parks and other locations for on-site instruction.
